What We Believe
The Bible is God’s instruction manual for mankind. It is the Word and Plan of God and it is the authority for salvation and our guide to live a life pleasing to Him. ( II Timothy 3:16)
There is ONE God who is the Father of all, and who has revealed Himself in the image of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh. He is both God and man. He has promised to give the gift of His Holy Spirit to those who obey His salvation plan. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6; Colossians 2:9; I Timothy 3:16)
All have sinned and need salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ and through obedience to his salvation plan. Our basic and fundamental doctrine for full salvation is: repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.. (Romans 3:23-25; 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38; I Peter 3:20,21; Mark 16:16; Titus 3:5)
The saving gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We obey the great commission of God, to share the gospel, teaching them to gladly receive and obey the gospel through repentance (death to sin), water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ (burial), and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost (resurrection). Daily reading in God’s Word helps us mature through faith in His promises while patiently watching and waiting for His return, ( I Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 2:4, 37-39; Romans 6:3-4; Matthew 24:42)

God is Love and we are to love others as God has loved us and gave His life for us. (Matthew 22:26-40)

God is holy and calls us to be holy inwardly and outwardly which is a form of spiritual worship that pleases the Lord. We worship the Lord in the Spirit and in His truth consecrating ourselves to Him for His use and for His pleasure. The supernatural gifts of the Spirit, including healing, are for the church today. (Mark 12:28-31; II Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14; I Corinthians 12:8-10)
Jesus Christ is coming again to catch away His church. In the end will be the final resurrection and the final judgment. The righteous will inherit eternal life, and the unrighteous eternal death. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15.)
