Salvation
The Bible is the Word of God and reveals God’s plan for mankind.
God is our Creator and reveals Himself as a Spirit.
We know that Adam and Eve were created by God and that He gave them free will to be able to decide their destiny. They were given dominion over the earth, but through choosing to disobey God’s warning they instead chose to believe the lies of Satan thereby losing the chance for eternal life for them and for their offspring. The spiritual connection they had with God was cut and they were cast out of the garden and reaped the wages of sin which is death.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

As mankind was now fallen and had the curse of the death penalty upon them, God Himself took on the form of man becoming the visible expression of the invisible God. His name was called JESUS in the Greek language and YESHUA in the Hebrew language which means “Jehovah has become our salvation."
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen
of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” I Timothy 3:16

Through His death on the cross, He has provided a way for our spirit to be reborn, giving us the opportunity to regain the connection with His Spirit that Adam and Eve lost, and through continued obedience, be rewarded with eternal life.

In His Word, He gave unto His Apostles the exact instructions for salvation. Throughout the Book of Acts, we find how mankind was added to the Kingdom of God. Peter preached the very first message about this salvation, the instructions for salvation are:
“REPENT, AND BE BAPTIZED EVERY ONE OF YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS,
AND YE SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.” Acts 2:38

Jesus told his disciples to go to Jerusalem and wait until He poured out His gift. On the day of Pentecost, God poured His Holy Spirit (Gift) into the prepared hearts of the people who had obeyed the instructions of repentance and baptism, filling them with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance.

This outpouring is still happening today to those who will obey His plan of salvation. Without this New Birth experience, we are not reconnected to Him.
“But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.” Romans 8:9
Through His great love and mercy for us, we can now rejoin with His Spirit and look forward to an eternal future with Him.
“But God be thanked, that you were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered to you.” Romans 6:17
In return, we show our love to Him through obedience to His Word, through our adoration in praise and worship and by developing a deep relationship with Him daily through prayer and Spiritual fellowship. We are admonished to continue stedfastly in the doctrine that was given to the Apostles and to continue in the fellowship of those saved by Him.
